Each Rajkumari piece is sourced with its own measurements. There is no single house size chart. Open a product for the measurements we have — if a field is missing, we do not invent it.
Delivery
We deliver only within Kathmandu Valley (Kathmandu, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur) for now, with Cash on Delivery — you pay when your parcel arrives. After you order, our team calls you to confirm your address and order before anything is sent. Ready-to-ship pieces usually arrive 1–2 days after your order is confirmed — an estimate, not a guarantee.
Returns / exchanges
The original bill is required for every return. Keep the bill that came in your parcel and send it back with the item — returns without the original Rajkumari bill can't be accepted. You can request a return once your order is delivered, from your Account / Orders page. Once we've received the item back, we credit its price and delivery fee together as Rajkumari Credits (1 Credit = NPR 1) — not a cash refund. See Delivery & Returns for the full policy.
