Rajkumari Privacy Policy

This is what you give us directly when you use Rajkumari:

• Account information: your name and email address (or your Google account, if you sign in that way).
• Contact information: anything you give us if you write to us — your name, an email or phone number, and your message.
• Delivery address: the recipient name, phone number, and address you enter for delivery.
• Orders and purchases: what you ordered, quantities, prices, and status of each order.
• Feed posts and media: photos or videos, captions, and your likes/interactions on the Feed.
• Customer support messages: what you send us through the Contact form.

Where you pay by Khalti, the payment itself is processed by Khalti — Rajkumari does not see or store your full card or wallet credentials. We keep a record that a payment was made, its amount, and its status, so we can confirm and fulfill your order. Where you pay Cash on Delivery, no online payment details are collected at all — you pay in cash on delivery.

We keep a record of your Rajkumari Credits balance and the history of how each credit was earned or spent, so your balance is accurate and can be used at checkout.

If you used a creator’s referral link or code, we record that attribution so the correct commission or reward can be calculated for that creator under the current program rules. Creators do not receive your private account, payment, or delivery details — only what’s needed to calculate their own commission.

We use a session identifier (a cookie) to keep you signed in and to understand basic site usage — for example, page views, product views, and whether a checkout was started or completed. This is used in aggregate to understand how the storefront is used, not to build a profile of you individually.

Rajkumari uses cookies to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences (like items in your bag). You can control cookies through your browser, but some site features — like staying signed in — won’t work properly without them.

• To take, confirm, and deliver your orders.
• To run your account and Rajkumari Credits balance.
• To calculate creator commissions and referral rewards under the current program rules.
• To moderate the Feed and determine Feed Credit Reward eligibility.
• To respond to your support messages.
• To detect and prevent fraud and abuse, including credit farming.
• To understand overall site usage so we can improve it.
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

A Feed post you publish — along with your username/profile identity, the image or video, your caption, and your likes/interactions — is visible to other Rajkumari users according to the Feed’s current audience settings. Rajkumari staff may review Feed content for moderation, Feed Credit Reward eligibility, abuse prevention, and community safety. Moderation is currently reviewed by Rajkumari staff, not by automated content-moderation AI.

We share information with service providers only as needed to run Rajkumari — for example, Khalti for payment processing, and delivery couriers for fulfilling your order (recipient name, address, and phone number). We don’t sell your personal information.

We may disclose information where required by Nepal law or a valid legal request.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to fulfill the purposes described here and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. If you’d like your data reviewed, corrected, or removed, contact us and we’ll respond to what’s reasonably possible under our order and accounting record-keeping requirements.

There is currently no automatic self-service account deletion. To request a copy of your data, a correction, or account deletion, contact us — we don’t have a separate email for this yet, so please use the Contact form.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including secure password-free sign-in and access controls on staff and admin systems. No online service can guarantee complete security.

Rajkumari is not directed at children, and accounts are intended for users capable of entering into a purchase.

We may update this policy as Rajkumari grows. If we make a material change, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above.
